Academy Vision Live, BMW’s chosen name for our innovative Inspiro Vision initiative, blends the precision of pre-recorded content with the dynamic interactivity of live presentations, creating a new standard for product training and development.
A New Era in Learning
The Academy Vision Live training was centred around the launch of the all-new BMW 1 Series. The aim was to empower BMW Retailer teams to confidently present the vehicle’s cutting-edge features, distinctive design, and unique selling points to customers. Traditionally, product launches have relied on in-person events or recorded webinars. With Academy Vision Live, we’ve transformed these experiences into interactive, engaging, and real-time learning sessions that can be attended from any location.
High Engagement and Broad Reach
With over 800 participants, including key stakeholders and internal teams, the launch event spanned two live days, each offering two sessions of 1.5 hours. The event was designed to immerse attendees in a rich learning experience without requiring them to leave their workplaces. Participants could engage with the content, ask questions, and benefit from the live interactions in ways that standard webinars or physical events often don’t allow.
Exceptional Feedback
The response to Academy Vision Live has been overwhelmingly positive, earning a 9.12/10 rating. Participants commended the innovative format, with one attendee stating, “Nice, fresh and welcome—need more of this!” Another added, “A lot more interactive and engaging, and allows you to learn visually.” These comments underscore the value and potential of this new approach.
