Our integrated approach to the provision of training services means we work in close partnership with our customers to transform training delivery – improving outcomes, reducing costs and delivering suitably qualified, experienced and brand-immersed personnel. In addition to the design and delivery of training, we offer a range of support services for each of our client’s apprenticeship programmes, including brand aligned marketing, recruitment and enrolment, planning and scheduling, inductions and graduations. At the BMW Academy in Berkshire we provide fully managed training services across technical and non-technical apprenticeships, as well as pioneering further development programmes. The apprenticeship programmes that we run for Volkswagen Group at their Milton Keynes National Learning Centre deliver trained technical and service-focussed professionals who are deeply aligned to the brands with which their careers will progress including Audi, Volkswagen, Seat, Bentley and ŠKODA as well as Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles. At Jaguar Land Rover we deliver both Commercial and Technical Apprenticeship programmes for their UK Academy, ensuring their aspirations for growth will be supported by a talented future workforce. We further provide Commercial Training for the network focusing on areas such as sales, leadership and service standards.

An apprenticeship is an excellent opportunity to work towards additional qualifications while you are gaining work experience and earning a wage.
FINANCIAL BENEFITS
All apprenticeships are full time, so you will work a minimum of 30 hours a week. You may also have the opportunity for overtime and your hours may be split over shifts. You will receive the national minimum wage for apprentices, click here for the current level.
As an apprentice you are also eligible for the Totum discount card for UK Apprentices. Find out more here. Many local transport authorities offer discounts for apprentices, for example in London, if you’re aged 16 or 17 you can apply for a 16+ Zip Oyster photocard. For Apprentices living in London there’s also the Apprentice Oyster card.
SAFEGUARDING
At Inspiro, we place a strong emphasis on supporting and protecting all of our apprentices. Our staff are trained on how to identify and respond to safeguarding issues, meaning if you are worried about anything, you have someone to talk to.
SUPPORT FOR APPRENTICES
Learners identified as having additional learning needs or additional social needs will receive regular one-to-one coaching and support from a member of our support staff. With every apprenticeship and every employer, you will be working towards a nationally recognised Apprenticeship Certificate and Brand specific certifications. SERVICE TECHNICIAN
The Service Technicians of today work within a team at one of our customers retailers, equipped with the latest technology, in pristine environments. You will be servicing and maintaining the latest products and diagnosing complex faults using leading edge technology.
Our ideal Service Technician apprentice will be logical, great at problem solving and have an interest in new technology.
PARTS ADVISOR
A Parts Advisor is a key role interacting with all areas of the business including sales, service and customers. You will develop knowledge of automotive products to understand the purpose of vehicle parts and how they function. The work is diverse and you’ll be working both behind the scenes and at the front desk.
Our ideal Parts Advisor apprentice will be organised, able to give straight forward advice and deliver excellent customer service.
SERVICE ADVISOR
As a Service Advisor you will develop clear and up-to-date knowledge of products and the ability to be able to communicate with a range of people from customers to your retailer team. You will handle administrative and customer relations aspects; ensuring excellent customer service and loyal brand ambassadors.
Our ideal Service Advisor apprentice will be an outgoing, confident and approachable problem solver who can deliver excellent customer service.
SALES ADVISOR
Selling prestigious vehicles requires extensive product knowledge and a passion for the brand. As an apprentice you will gain the skills and confidence required to identify the desires and needs of the customer, negotiate a fair price and present an offer. Highly enthusiastic and committed individuals are sought to take our customers brands into an exciting future.
PAINT TECHNICIAN
Paint Technician apprentices have a unique role within our approved repair network. You will develop the skills and knowledge to return our customers vehicles back to factory standards using specialised, manufacturer- approved colour systems, equipment and techniques.
Our ideal Paint Technician apprentice will be creative with an artistic nature and attention to detail.
PANEL TECHNICIAN
As a Panel Technician working within one of our approved repair centres you will develop the skills to prepare a vehicle for a Paint technician by repairing, replacing and preparing accident damaged body panels utilising special tools and procedures to manufacturer standards.
Our ideal Panel Technician will have an eye for detail and perfection with the passion to deliver excellent service for our customers.
MECHANICAL, ELECTRICAL, TRIM TECHNICIAN
Our MET technicians play a vital role in business. You will work methodically to return vehicles to factory standards, diagnosing and fixing faults and distributing work as required to other specialists. Due to the high level of technology within our vehicles you will develop skills in mechanics and electrics.
An ideal MET Technician apprentice will be able to work methodically, have attention to detail and be a team player.

The minimum entry requirements for any automotive apprenticeship programme are:
GCSE (or equivalent) Grades A – C (New grade 9 – 4) in English, Maths and Science.
Once you have filled in your application form, it will go straight to our specialist recruitment team for review. If you are successful, you will be contacted and may asked to complete initial assessments in literacy and numeracy before attending your interview with a member of our team or your potential new employer.

design and delivery of training
We design and deliver a range of training for our customers including Apprentice, Technical, Commercial, Paint and Body and Leadership and Management. We have also introduced e-learning to improve training outcomes, increase throughout and reduce costs.
For our Automotive customers we deliver training using skilled and qualified Inspiro personnel. Our trainers become immersed in the customer’s brand, taking time to understand and communicate their values and propositions.
All training is fully branded and aligned with the customers’ business so that learning objectives are achieved. The outcome is the provision of a suitability qualified workforce with both the life and technical skills needed to contribute towards the success of the business and the brand.
For BMW we design & deliver of over 50,000 training man days a year including leadership, technical, commercial, Paint and Body and apprentice training.
Inspiro designs and delivers all apprentice training provided at VWG UK’s National Learning Centre in Milton Keynes. This includes the Government standards and the brand requested training from Audi, Volkswagen Passenger Cars, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, SEAT and ŠKODA, Volkswagen Paint and Body and the Trade Parts Specialists.

We guarantee BMW Group’s workforce assurance requirements through the provision of c. 50,000 training man days every year delivered in the purpose-built BMW branded Academy. Encompassing Apprenticeship, Technical, Commercial and Leadership & Management Training, we ensure that the organisation has the right number of suitably qualified and experienced personnel available to meet operational requirements.
For Volkswagen Group, we fully manage the provision of their apprenticeship programme.
We manage, design and deliver training for apprentices, utilising innovative blended learning solutions to improve training outcomes whilst meeting Government standards. We manage the scheduling booking and administration of all apprenticeship training activities to maximise their block release training at the National Learning Centre. The apprenticeship programme has grown year on year and we now coordinate the training of over 1000 apprentices each year.
