FOR LEARNERS
All our learners will work closely with their trainers/coaches to support them along their apprenticeship journey, and will always be their first point of contact should they need help with anything that may be impacting on their programme. Learners may be signposted to external agencies, or may be referred to our specialist team who will be able to provide targeted interventions to get them back on track. They can also access a range of information on our learner management platform FUSE, where they can access advice and self-help on a range of topics including mental health, finances, relationships, online safety and more.
FOR EMPLOYERS
As an employer, if you have any concerns about the wellbeing of your apprentice, please get in touch with your Regional Trainer who will be able to advise you on how Inspiro can help. Mentors in the workplace will receive coaching on how they can build a positive relationship with their apprentice to support them through their programme, ensuring the requirements of the course are met, along with any other pastoral or neurodiverse needs they may have.
FOR PROFESSIONALS
If you are a professional supporting an apprentice and would like to get in touch please contact safeguarding@inspirolearning.co.uk. Inspiro staff believe in holistic support tailored to meet individual needs, and work with a range of agencies to provide what each learner needs during their studies.
